Yesterday I received a "You've reached the notification amount you set" email from amex stating that "Notification Amount You Set:" was $13,400.00 and the "Account Balance*:" was $410.00 . I have received two similar emails in the past, in both cases the account balance was *greater than* the notification amount. Please advise. I have since changed my "Balance Tracking" limit from $13,400 to $1000.
