We finally released Apache Forrest 0.9
In the almost four years since the last release, the Apache Forrest project has been ticking along with many bug fixes and consolidation.
Various Apache projects also use Forrest for their project websites. Among the many changes, there are also some useful documentation explaining how the Forrest project publishes our own project documentation via the ASF infrastructure and the download mirror system.
