It's about time ... my first Palm app, which I wrote back in April, has finally been submitted to the Palm app store.
Although I've been using it almost daily since I wrote it, finding the time to go the extra step and tidy it up enough to submit proved difficult. It's really a very basic app, and I've got a long list of things to add to the second version, but for now it's "good enough".
Rudimentary information is available on the Tube Status website, and I'll get some nicer screenshots just as soon as TFL stop breaking all the tube lines.
I'm waiting for Palm to approve the app. Meanwhile, if you're a Palm WebOS user and you'd like a copy, give me a shout and I'll be happy to send you a copy.
Update: the app went live late yesterday, see Tube Status in the Palm App Store. There's been a surprising number of downloads, I guess in no small part due to the tube strike that started this evening. Awesome timing! It's also up on pre central.
